The person who wrote that article sounds like a HUUUUGE Sony fanboy I'm sorry. FFXIII is the best selling JRPG on 360 and the best RPG on consoles this gen if I'm not mistaking. It is also one of the greatest games in the series. Get over it, cry me a river.

Square Enix is a 3rd party developer. They do what they want, and if they think they can make a decent profit by releasing FFvXIII on 360 as well as the PS3, then they probably should.

Some people are so selfish. It's more important that the game stays exclusive and not get into the hands of the "enemy" than Square Enix reaching out to more fans.

Yeah, maybe it's crap that Square Enix promised that FFvXIII would be PS3 exclusive and then go and make it multi-plat, but once, just once, try and put yourself into their situation. Square Enix needs money to survive. They can't just say "oh, but we made a promise a couple of years ago so no, even if it means a million extra sales we can't release it for the 360". Just let it go. You still get the game! Isn't that what's important?

Unfortunately this thread and a number of previous ones have shown it isn't what's important.

dude I agree ff13 is one of th best in the series for me too, BUT i have shout to say this it cud hve been 10 times bettr if square cud hve used ps3's potential to its fullest, why dont u undrstand this?

Here on the Chartz, you can't blindly throw "facts" around. Back them up or your life will be short and terrible.

Content gets cut. End of story. A whole world was cut from FFVI. In the huge project we all now as Chrono Trigger there were A LOT of cuts. In Xenogears a huge part of the game was cut. And those games were all exclusives.

areas on nautilus park wer blocked off, ppl hve speculated thts because of xbox limitations, so we lost minigames ther too.

I am nt saying versus will be bad, i jst sed ff13 is one of my favrites in the series, bt with blu-ray ff cud achieve so much more, with versus they hd teh chance to make one of if nt th best game evr, thats all gone now.
