I have been so disappointed in many of the overhyped releases this gen.  This might get a lot of people pissed at me, but I have been so disappointed in so many games from GTA4, Halo3, MGS4, Uncharted 2, FFXIII, etc.  It's not to say these are bad games, just not justified in the hype the games had received.  In fact, I had almost given up on all overly hyped releases because of this.  I finally broke down and got God of War 3 yesterday and it has completely proven me wrong.  I am not even a huge fan of the first two God of War's.  I have finished them both, but I just never thought they were as good as most of the people I know.  I am only about 4 or 5 hours into this game and it feels epic in every sense of the word.  I am blown away and this game deserved every bit of hype it got.


Just simply an amazing game and I am so glad I decided to finally get it.

In that case, it's the biggest disappoinment ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Don't waste your time on this game. 

You need to settle more, you can't expect yourself to love all hyped games on the internet yah know. Either way, enjoy it, i know i did.

Think of every game you wanna play as shit, so when you finally play it will seem awesome.

I do this with movies. That's why I was blown away by Avatar.
