Forums - Gaming Discussion - Lost Planet 2 Impressions...

I got my hands on Lost Planet 2 for Xbox 360 yesterday

And after spending 8 straight none stop hours on it that will probably lead to my 360 RRoD again!!!

All I can say is that, this game could have been Epic!!!

Could have, but missed it

But could have

Maybe a part 3

now it's back to MH tri

my signature went on strike, it's demanding 3% raise

1st - you have actually have not given us any impression, you can infer from ur post the you liked( but it wasnt epic), you thought it was ok, or didnt like it tells us bout ur Xxperience. 2nd 8 hours is not a sufficient amount of time to review the game, did you play everything? ( online is the meat of LP series if you haven't touched that, then havent truly got in)

I haven't noticed much difference between this one and Lost Planet. They have structured it so every campaign is co-op able, but other then that it is Lost Planet one. I would have though they would improve some mechanics and spice up the environments with elements more... But currently, I haven't seen much.

Not that this bad... But I went from last year in April thinking Capcom was my publisher of the generation so far to putting them back as just average after the release of Lost Planet Colonies, Bionic Commando, Dark Void, Super Street Fighter IV and now Lost Planet 2. I am thinking they are starting to milk franchises right, rather then sticking to solid new releases like Deadrising, Lost Planet Extreme Condition, Devil May Cry 4, RE5, and SF IV were.

I hope Deadrising 2 gets them back to solid changes in their IPs rather then just milking argueably one of the best early 360 game IPs they developed.

This game is utter CRAP, i think that sums it up.

I am a proud GRAPHICS WHORE.

Awful game from what I'm hearing, I hope no-one was hyped for it. The first one is the perfect example of people worshipping a bad game because it was one of the better titles at the time
