I noticed GamesTM says "worse than GTA IV", with an arrow pointing down?

I hope I don´t agree with them, as I didn´t like GTA IV.

I'm not sure if I'm looking forward to this or not after GTAIV, I wonder if the game will be reviewed like GTA or on its own merits
