after i finaly got rid of my acne (had it for 4years) i can clearly give u some advices:
don't drink coke. ever.
try not to get into big stress.
try not to touch your face.
dont take an extremeley hot shower. heat aggravates pimples (dont mix it up with sauna. sauna can help your skin)
forget about all anti-acne products in shop. there's nothing that can instantly end an acne so just wait and try to foget about it. with the time ur face will get well again and suspect a complete improvement with 16-19
eating healthy food is defenitely a good thing to do but dont expect changes. oily and unhealthy food wont increase ur acne aslong u dont eat too much. so u can still eat ur burger or pizza. extremely spicy food on the other hand can increase ur acne. alcohol will drastically aggravate acne while smoking doesnt. though it does make a whole lot of other problems. even intensive sport can aggravate acne but id never suggest u to stop with sport. also try to sleep a lot and try to stand happy and cool. self-confidence was one of the things which helped me the most to fight against acne.
