after i finaly got rid of my acne (had it for 4years) i can clearly give u some advices:

don't drink coke. ever.
try not to get into big stress.
try not to touch your face.
dont take an extremeley hot shower. heat aggravates pimples (dont mix it up with sauna. sauna can help your skin)
forget about all anti-acne products in shop. there's nothing that can instantly end an acne so just wait and try to foget about it. with the time ur face will get well again and suspect a complete improvement with 16-19

eating healthy food is defenitely a good thing to do but dont expect changes. oily and unhealthy food wont increase ur acne aslong u dont eat too much. so u can still eat ur burger or pizza. extremely spicy food on the other hand can increase ur acne. alcohol will drastically aggravate acne while smoking doesnt. though it does make a whole lot of other problems. even intensive sport can aggravate acne but id never suggest u to stop with sport. also try to sleep a lot and try to stand happy and cool. self-confidence was one of the things which helped me the most to fight against acne.

Best advice here is to watch your food and personal hygiene. Wash your face with nothing too strong. Clean bed/pillow.

In the end the acne will dissapear, not because of the products you use but just because your body stops whatever process causes them.

If it's too bad, go see a doctor...



If all else fails, go to your local drugstore and ask for a product that contains "Benzoylperoxid".
Buy it, and follow its instruction. If you do not, you're f****d.

- Stress is a key. Reduce stress as soon as possible, or else you can fall into a cycle (you look worse every morning, you get stressed, it continues).

- Eat healthy foods.

- Be active, and get fresh air. For example playing videogames for long periods without active breaks, in poorly ventilated environments can cause/worsen your condition.

- Acne is NOTHING to do with hygiene, surprisingly against popular belief. Wash your face twice a day as usual. Overwashing can cause the skin to become dry (as a result more sebum is prduced).

- If the condition is really bad see your doctor.

- Bit of a wild card, but some people say that excessive masterbation worsens their condition.

- Milk worsens the condition

my doctor prescribed me this cream called duac once daily gel. after using it my face felt like it is burning but after 2 to 3 treatments the spots are usually gone for a good we while. as long as you apply more before they come back it usually gets them. it has to be prescribed by a doctor here in the uk, either see your doctor, or maybe a pharmacist could help. oh there is some good ways at preventing them that some people have already said, but I think sometimes its just down to your blood, and yes drinking water and anti toxic food (peppers) will help but sometimes medical action needs to be taken.

worst thing is to burst them though, that only helps them spread.
