How do you split up a quote? As in, you quote someone, then end the quote to type a response, then continue the quote (with formatting)?

There's really no easy way to do it. It's rather annoying, actually.

The easiest way to do it is ... you quote said person ... and when the rich text reply comes up with their quote in a box, right click the window and click select all, then click copy. Now, you have a copy of their post on the clipboard. You can edit their response anyway you see fit, break it up, then type your response, and paste their entire response again underneath yours, then edit it again.

That's what I just did.

@ Dolla Dolla - Is .jpg the same as .jpeg? When I go to "save as" it says, "Save As Type: JPEG (.JPEG, .JPG, .JPE, .JFIF). I tried uploading .jpeg images and keep getting the "must be certain file types" message. Thanks

They are essentially the same thing. Just rename the file extension from .JPEG to .jpg and you should be good.

If all else fails use a picture editor and save it as a .gif
