So do you think your back to loving halo like you did with Halo 2?

I use the jetpack only rarely. IMO it's the worst of all the abilities. Sprint is brilliant for capture the flag, guard the same, and stealth is great if you remember to walk slow. Jet pack just makes you a an enormous target, as everyone in the level sees you when you launch into the air and you ain't exactly moving at great bullet dodging speeds.

In short... Yes.

I'm dling it right now. My brother had to go and hang out with his gf earlier so he couldn't dl it. What a punk ass, who makes their gf mad when the Reach beta comes out?!?! I think I'm getting like 1% done per minute lol maybe a lil faster.

Sounds like all they need is a Sonic looking marine or Elite get up, and the skulls look like rings.

Jetpack to me seems to be a way to get an evade in of some sort, to higher ground, and also set yourself up to snipe.  Also, I have a feeling that if you do it right, you will be able to do death from above.

In other note, the server has been SLOW to get started play.  It felt like it was taking on Game Room levelness of delays.
