It's just a concept design someone made in Maya; maybe as an art school assignment, or maybe just by someone with some time on their hands.

It appears to be designed with consideration primarily given to form and almost none to function. Angled analog sticks? Disc pad face buttons? And why the trapezoidal shoulder buttons and asymmetrical center face buttons?

At least it's rendered nicely.
