I am curious

i bought the wii, because i fell for the hype, i really regret my choice

I bought my 360, because of halo 3, and to my surprise it got the best library of games this gen, and i couldn't be happier

that would be an opinion

I have a Wii which I gave to my little sister, I too regret buying it.
Have a PS3 because of MGS4, Bluray, relilability, free online play and I think it has the best longevity this generation due to Bluray with its increased disc space. I'm happy with the choice I made because of all the great PS3 only games that have come out for it since I got it.

I bought a Wii for Nintendo games.

I bought a 360 so that I could play Gears co-op online with my little brother, since we live in different countries now.

My in-laws bought a PS3 to watch blu-rays and then gave it to me and the wife in a fit of happy circumstance.

:/ i guess i should have expected this also i got question for you kowenicki why dose it seem everyone buying ff13 for 360 i don't get it especially if person owns all systems i mean i would understand if it was half and half but seems like everyone buying it for 360 if they have both systems. Is their a special sell?

psp, cuase the great rpgs it has, heck fft remake alone make it worth it!

Final Fantasy XIII (Well worth it even though its multiplat now, I couldn't have known that back then)

Motorstorm (Kinda worth it...loved the trailers from E3 for this game)

MGS4 (Well Worth it)

GTA4 (Die in hell GTA....ok thats harsh....I'm sure they will deliver next time)

Gran Turismo 5 (at this point my hype for this is close to zero..I am bored, sick & tired of waiting & don't care anymore)

Free online (Well worth it)

So overall PS3 was worth it once 2008 came round....in 2007 I'll just say I love you Oblivion!

In all the PS3 & DS were worth buying as games apart from the ones I bought them for amazed me too, lots of games.

I the got the 360 - because I thought it'd be a great system - I was correct.

Then I got the Wii for SSBB - and am satisfied with what else has come out since then.

Then a little bit later I got the PS3 for Valkyria Chronicles and the prospect of future games. This has also panned out well.
