4D is just assumption,its not proved.Just read that Wiki page and you will find far less info on 4D than the other 3 dimensions.
and you don't need to look at Wiki to know there is no 4D,Dimensions are what we perceive with our eyes and 4D is not is perceived by us.
the 4D OP article is talking about are effects but they are not perceived by our eyes but fealt by our senses which proves it is not a dimension
ain't that called a rumble pack?
truthfully though the idea sounds cool but i don't see it being put to practice for a long time.
