Well it was cheap, just $200. I was never expecting to play Crysis btw :P

Ill try what jbrist pointed out, thanks everyone.

I think you got screwed IMO. Thats maybe 75 bucks worth of hardware. But then again it could be in a 400 dollar case but i doubt it.

You want to become a PC gaming nerd? Go buy World of Warcraft. That's all.

This.

Now if you want to 'enjoy' playing PC games, just do some research into PC games, PC hardware (newegg and PC hardware sites are a good start) and etc. like the rest of us.  I don't want to sound harsh, but that's what needs to be done.  You're just going to get critisism and conflicting views on a forum.

Six upcoming games you should look into:

haha reading your title reminded me if this video

You should definitely upgrade the video card.

And if you want to play an MMO, you better get another GB of RAM as well.

The CPU isn't the fastest either, but i don't think that would hold your system back (for gaming) a lot, compared to the GPU.

Thats definatly a possibility. The case has an extgra fan attached to the removable side as well as blue lights all over the place. It looks like a neat case. I could have probably built the same thing for cheap like you said, but i dont have the skills or time, so i dont feel terrible about the purchase.

That pc could never run Mass Effect or Dragon Age properly, your best bet is to get something older. I recommend WoW.

Thats all that really matters it your happy. If you do ever want to build one up im sure everyone here would walk you threw it post by post. Its not all that bad. The hardest part is hiding all the cables for a clean case a.k.a. "wire management".

besides the fact that your PC is not really fast, the great thing about pc gaming is that no matter how old your pc is, there are more than enough great games available that run perfectly fine. you just gotta look back a few years... there have been gems every year for about 2 decades now!

how about some of the blizzard games? have you ever played diablo 2? if not, get it now!

thats the inside of my case

get http://www.provantage.com/sapphire-technology-100228l~7SAPP013.htm and if you can, another gig of memory, then you can at least run the games.
