Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Blazblue Battle x Battle comming to America (DSiware)

With a different name: BlayzeBloo: Super Melee Brawlers Battle Royale

Yes, really “BlayzeBloo.” Aksys is localizing the cutesy wootsy BlazBlue: Battle x Battle game under that name.

Arc System Works created a DSiWare BlazBlue game with super deformed characters, the same “cartoony” characters used for their NicoNico videocast. The four player, Power Stone-like fighting game came out in Japan in January.

So even the DS and PSP can get Blazblue games, but not the Wii.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Besides, does Blazblue even look much better than Guilty Gear XX Accent Core, which was released on the Wii?

The name makes me think that they copied Smash Bros.

Pixel Art can be fun.

DS owners will have a chance to experience one of the best fighters this gen!

oh wait they're deformed? o_O; the characters already look weird for goodness sake

they also changed the gameplay , this looks fun reminds me of Poy Poy

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

Well... isn't that just... special.

I was very excited to hear about this, but when I saw read thing, I excitement just lost it's footing. Why the name change, I don't know. Probably to pull-in most of the Smash Bros. users, but still the word "bloo" is just ridiculous. And what Innervate said, I couldn't say it any better.

But anyway, it's another try for ASW. And that's saying alot!
