Umm, it sounds basically the same as any other console if you use headphones. (and not using surround sound)

granted I'd want it on ps3

but handheld gaming is more popular in japan, than in the United States. And the greatest amount of sales came from japan for Parasite eve 1.

And it's cheaper to develop for. So it makes sense.

To me, Parasite Eve is way bigger than any project that S-E can put right now

Finally, the release is shaping up! If I get my hands on this game this year....
