Hi

Got a chance to buy Folklore for 15 $ brand new. Played the demo and wasn't all to impressed, frankly bored but maybe it gets better ahead?

Am I making a big mistake not buying it ?

15 ? thats pretty cheap.

Btw this isn't an RPG if you buy it thinking its an RPG you'll get disapointed

I live for the burn...and the sting of pleasure...
I live for the sword, the steel, and the gun...

- Wasteland - The Mission.

Yes, The game is a work of artistic beauty and though it can be confusing and difficult, the mood it creates and the story it tells is very enchanting and a beautiful testament to Folklore of the British isles (not just Ireland where the game is set).
Get it :)

Nothing about Folklore is traditional.

It's an incredibly different take on RPG's.

again its not an RPG.
not at all.

I didn't like it. Mainly for the gameplay, too repetitive. Not that is a bad game, just didn't appeal to me.

The mistake would be buying it. God I hated that game. Super glad I rented it.

It's a solid game. 7/10 in my book. I loved the atmosphere, and the gameplay action is solid. If you don't like Sixaxis motion control stay way from it since that's a big part of the game (it's mandatory). Some very nice boss fights too, and liked the whole fantasy world and story.

For $15 yes buy it. It is very rare to find. In a few years I expect it could be worth more than that.

(I can't find it anywhere for less than full price (UK)).

forgot to add that i'm kinnda short on cash atm, If I had money I wouldn't hesitate
