I don't quite understand it, but i think you are fine if you mod it and you are fine if you use that mod to play games for free as long as those games are not licenced, but if you use it to enable cheap/free play of games licenced by Nintendo then that is illegal. |
no both Sony and Nintendo (more so then not Nintendo, Sony just updates firmware bricking a large amount of modded PSPs) have a clause in the purchasing of the handheld that no extrenal aps or games or anything can be run and that they can legally sue you if they feel need to end some program you duistributed. \
This is why Sony enabled linux on the PS3 to stop hackers from destroying the system but allowing them to code software and aps for the console.
