I'm just more worried a lot of people won't migrate over and it will hurt the brand.

Personally, if they give us an actual physics editor so i can make the jumping more tight, i'd get the sequel.

LBP with 2d and 3d creation tools, will certainly be GOTY

Yeah, I imagine LBP2 will be incredible because the first game was an open beta in many respects

Why...?

With the impending release of the PSMOVE already confirmed to be compatible and shown with littlebigplanet do we really need a sequel? i mean do people really care for the develepers levels? i mean sure they are fun but the community levels are the draw of the game!

EVEN BEYOND THAT the developer already said they didnt want to make a sequel as it would "split the creative community"

I really feel like sony is pressuring media molocule into this....

i would have MUCH rather seen a new IP from media molocule... im dissapointed to say the least T-T

EDIT: after reading some other peoples feedback and ideas i can see how this game could become very good however if its just the first game rebranded its ruined. 

Guess we'll have to wait for the E3 reveal 

hopefully the single player story is alot better than the 1st game, i got so bored with it , it wasnt funny. the build levels and playing together with friends was cool, but that also got boring as well. it seemed most ppl only wanted to play the easy levels or song levels, instead of actually playing a level that was a challenge.
