I think he might be meaning this part of your complaint:
"Motion Plus DOESNT WORK! , yes you know that motion plus ad on it? , well its useless , it doesn't work as well as Wii Sports Resort , to the point were you just waggle and wish wash everything in your way, even the armored guys can be taken out easily"
A lot of the reviews (and players) have said that the motion part of the game IS good. Now, of course, they could be wrong. Or it could be you are somehow doing something wrong.
Now, time for a disclaimer - I have not played RS2.
I AM playing though Silent Hill:Shattered Memories (and loving it). And some people claim the motion controls in the nightmare sequences don't work well. And to this I can say, from experience - they are not doing things right, they must be flailing and waggling instead of doing the toned down and directionally precise movements they should be doing (to get rid of the monsters that get hold of you).
So maybe (maybe) you are also doing something wrong in RS2?
Currently Playing: Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked, Professor Layton and the Curious Village

Huh I post one little thing and get a Mod Warning, but yet this is still here. Hmmm.
Phenomenal game with great controls and a true change for FPS in my opinion. I call it a First person shooter slasher and I really hope more devs make more games in this sub genre for Wii and PS3. I personally think Red Steel 2 is well worth every cent and think its an experience that any true FPS gamer should try out. Again this is my opinion but I would easily buy it again knowing what I know now after beating it almost twice :)
I had absolutely no issues with the controls and they worked great although I am a veteran wii player and used to very fast FPS controls since I mainly play FPS on PC and Wii. I actually don't like thumb sticks for FPS since they are too slow and unresponsive and use auto lock too much. So if you are a wii newbie then this game could be challenging but god forbid you actually get challenged in a game these days ;)
Everyone has their own opinion but I would say its worth the price and is just plain FUN. For people who 'need' number reviews for some reason, I think an 8.5 works very well but I would give it an 8.8 :)

This game doesn't deserve 8/10. I think i would score the game 6. The game is fairly enjoyable , decent length, nice art style but most of the time the experience is average. but im not suprised your dissapointed, in the industry today if a game is half decent it will propably be rewarded 7.5-8.5. which i think its far to generous. In my opinion:
6-average
7-good
8-great
9-incredible
10-masterpiece
A game released early in this generation that wasn't very well received recently got a sequel on the 23rd March that was much better received and had a meaty advertising budget and despite selling to a user base of 70 million didn't enter the top 20.
Now, what am I talking about, Red Steel 2 or Just Cause 2?
Which one will we whined about?

they feel like normal controls a lot of time it goes all over the place and becomes a wagglefest, the only thing that works well with the motion plus is the stance, your stance while holding the controller is accurate but when you swing it lags and sometimes register two hits or stabs, of course it works but not "Motion Plus" some games work better without the motion plus.
i wasn't talking about the ad on too, as Wii Sports Resort sword fighting works PERFECT
- Wasteland - The Mission.
But didnt you just kind of do a review? So you are saying do not listen to you? =0
Anyways, I still find it pretty fun sorry to hear you feel like you wasted your munnies
