I'm guessing he hasn't posted it because it's pretty shitty cosplay.  I don't think anyone would really guess what they're trying to be unless they were actually told.

if you didn't tell me they were "dressed up" i never would have guessed.

Its actually pretty good, at least madisons is. Theres not much you can do. The dress up is perfect.

Seriously though, that's shitty cosplay.  Partly because they did meh job and partly because they picked terrible people to dress up as.  If you dress up as a character you should be able to tell you're that character.  The Heavy Rain characters really have nothing fantastic about them so there's really no reason to dress up as them because nobody will ever know you dressed up as them unless told.
