I never thought Gears would have a decent story so the Maria scene never irritated me in the slightest. It was as bad as anything I expected out the series but still love it, I just wish they never even tried to make a real story of it all. It was better off taking the Halo route and just letting me kill shit that moved without trying to bring emotion into it.

Geras of War definitively. The first trailer with the Mad World song was the reason I bought Gears 1. It was the first game trailer I saw that made my jaw hit the floor. I cant remember how many times I played the trailer over and over from my Xbox 360, which reminds me of the blade themed dashboard lol. Remember that?

I liked the uncharted/kevin butler commercial.

Yeah, the Gears commercials were really well done, kudos to Epic and Microsoft for those.

Gears has. But Mass Effect 2 commercial was great to.

The rest have all had normal Videogame ads. Whereas Gears and ME seemed to have hollywood film type commercials. More money I guess.

Also, I've never seen an Uncharted commercial, was that advertised more outside of the US?

Gears by alot honestly. The trailers for the series have been iconic and really helped set the IP apart from the crowd of games.

I dunno, but I always thought the ones for both Assasin's Creeds were pretty good.
