You are operating off of false assumptions concerning privately-owned message boards on the internet.

To the best of my knowledge, no country in the world has freedom of speech laws that apply to privately owned organizations, wherein you can say anything you want and retain membership. This message board is not a democracy, it's an effective dictatorship where Brett does his level best to be a benevolent dictator.

But Brett has set down guidelines for what is and is not acceptable conduct on his website. You operate outside of that code of conduct in peril of your membership.

That's all there is.

He needs to change hes moral code and there will be more members and nicer discussion.

Freedom makes peace. Dictatorship makes war and resistance.

That`s all there is.

You really should look more into your own argument. It's okay to point out flaws in something and try to foster discussion about a subject, but you were attacking every reviewer on this site by calling them childish (which saying that they aren't adult will be interpreted as), without understanding what a review really is. A review is a summary of a persons opinion of every aspect of a game, and a well written review will present the reasoning for these opinions. Your post however seemed to think that reviews require objectivity when they do not.
A minor graphical difference that has no impact on gameplay will not make a difference in the score (as was the case with FF13), where as a graphical difference that impacts gameplay will (as seen with Bayonetta)

you have freedom of speech in public spaces, but this internet forum isn't a public space, as Khuutra already pointed out
in your house you can tell people to shut up or go, if you don't like what they are saying

VGChartz is pretty allergic to critic, but the way you voiced yours is just way out of line and hence can't be supported
