Can somone help me to decide which of following games should be my 1st game on Wii:?

NSMB Wii, Super Mario Galaxy, House of Dead Overkill or RE: Darkside chronicles???

My first reaction is to say either NSMB Wii or Super Mario Galaxy, but I don't really know what kind of games you like.

The ones with good use of easy motion controlls like Wii Sports. I still havent mastered the wii controller.

1. Zelda: the twilight princess(it was my first zelda, but I've played most of them by now cause I had the zelda collection edition with my GC, but I never played it until after Zelda:tp)
2. Super Mario Galaxy
3. Mario kart: wii
4. Metroid prime 3
5. Super Smash Bros Brawl

NSMB Wii and Mario Galaxy have limited use of motion controls.  You mostly control them with regular controls, but you shake the Wii remote or tilt it at certain times during the game.  House of the Dead: Overkill and RE: Darkside Chronicles are both lightgun shooters.  You use the IR pointer to aim at the screen and shoot.

Havn't gotten it yet, but once I do it may make my top 5.   Seems like my type of game.

1.Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
2.Metroid Prime Trilogy
3.New Super Mario Bros.
4.Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition
5.Dead Space Extraction
Honorable mentions: Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon; Silent Hill Shattered Memories; Cursed Mountain; Klonoa; Call of Duty Modern Warfare Reflex;

I am playing Black Ops on Wii.

My list of favorite Wii games:

1. Super Mario Galaxy - A return to form, or rather, a new beginning for the Mario franchise.  It's also ridiculously fun and unique to boot

2. Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom - Awesome fighter and the true successor to MvC2.  The arcade mode is incredibly addicting just for the awesome AI and the varied and creative roster leaves nothing to be desired (other than Dante)

3. Rune Factory: Frontier - Charming farming sim / rpg game that consumed 250 hours of my life and I'm still going.  Gotta get those level 10 flowers...!  XP

4. Super Smash Bros. Brawl - Awesome albeit disappointing sequel to SSBM.  The battle system and depth are really lacking in comparison to its successor which prevents it from placing any higher on my list, but it's still fun regardless

5. Muramasa: The Demon Blade - Beautiful game and great music as well as oddly soothing game play.  The game's pretty linear but its execution is fantastic

SMG and SSBB are definite no brainers in any Wii collection, but I really recommend checking out the less popular games on my list. There's a reason why I loved them so much ;)

Mega Man 9 and 10 and Cave Story also get honorable mentions for being my favorite wiiware games
