You don't take into account that during stronger sales periods, like Xmas, the gaps, no matter in favour of whom, widen, but even with every possible boost, it couldn't happen before 2011, I agree.

Timing, supply and price of both NATAL and the valhalla 360s (slim or not) will determine how much MS increases the lead this year (which they will).

Success of NATAL will determine if Sony can close the gap, i.e. if NATAL matches the hype then the PS3 will never close the gap.
