Forums - General Discussion - What? Why is this on my Firefox list?

I was checking my security settings on Firefox 3 Beta (it seems to think VGChartz is an uber virus site and refuses to let me even go on it anymore till I adjusted) and I seen "Warn me when sites try to install add ons" or whatever, and a little "exceptions" button next to it, and I clicked the button (just out of curiousity) and it has 3 sites...two make sense, the last one I've never heard of and doesn't.

1. is updates.mozilla.org (or something close to that)

2. is addons.mozilla.org (or something close to that)

3. is  www.iol.ie

UH WHAT? I went to it and it seemed to be some weird spammy Irish travel site. Why is that on there? I certainly didn't add it. If you have Firefox 3, can you please go check if it's on yours?

Nope, no #3 on mine.

Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

Watch my insane gameplay videos on my YouTube page!

Well with all the virus and spyware issues that this site has had in the past 6 months or so, I can see why it would be on that list. And yea, sadly this site has been particularly vicious on IE users and Firefox users who don't run adblock and no script.

My pokemon brings all the nerds to the yard. And they're like, "You wanna trade cards?" Damn right, I wanna trade cards. I'll trade this, but not my charizard.

Iol.ie is some Irish site...
