Well I found out about the "R" before Miguel wrote the answers, but I have a slightly different background on my box. That confused me a bit.
I is definetly Oblivion even though i have the GOTY case i still recognized it.

So Pier continued to only sell cheap hotdogs in LA and was surprised to see that they no longer sold. Pier's conclusion? Residents of Los Angeles don't like food."
