None. I want a 2D Mario first, in the Mushroom Kingdom, that advances the setting and content as much as SMB3 did to SMB.

2D platformers always had been Mario's strongest, and many prefer games which are "easier" to play
I would like to see a unique take on the 3D Mario games, and a return to the Mushroom Kingdom. In terms of style, I'd like to see something similar to those mini games in Sunshine where you simply go from point a to point b. In other words, like the 2-D Mario games, but in 3-D. If not that, then I would certainly welcome something more similar to Mario 64, as that is one of my favorite Mario games. Preferably something that is different than Sunshine or Galaxy.
How about something totally new?

I miss Super Mario 64. I miss being able to explore the levels and wander around, wondering where to go next and what to do.
Don't get me wrong, Super Mario Galaxy is incredibly fun, but the linear tendency gets boring after a while. I don't want to be pushed along the path to the star. I've had enough on-rails games and I'm tired of them.
Yes, I just called SMG on-rails. Hahahaha ^_^

a 3D platforming game in which Mario and Luigi are abducted and you play as Peach, and you use Peach's magical skills to save the day.
OR Mario's head is detached from his body and you have to go on an epic quest in order to find your torso. The title could be : The Adventures of Mario's Head!!!
Attacks: Heatbutt, Bite, Rollout
You could use shampoo to restore health.
Maybe he loses his teeth too, and you have to find them, and as you find more teeth, your Bite attack becomes more powerful.
That would be the best game ever.
