When I get a chance to steal my sister's camera, I'll post pics of my setup. Everybody else's is looking great so far. I have the same tv loadedstatement has, though we took the stickers off of ours. :P

madskills y do you have a Toshiba HD DVD player sitting next to Xbox HD DVD add on? And you sure do buy loads of 360 games. If you are a typical 360 owner I can see why their software sales are so high.

Tell me about it.  I first started buying movies on Blu-Ray before I even got my HDTV, after having seen plenty of anecdotal reviews about just how awesome HD is, and knowing we'd get an HDTV soon enough soon enough.  When I first popped in PotC2after we got the new tv a month ago, I was floored!  Especially with the crazy MotionFlow set on high on the XBR4.

My only beef with the motionflow is that it artifacts a lot around the edges on fast moving seens.  The worst I've seen so far is when they pan across the Rohirrim army in LotR: RotK, just before they go charging into the orcs at the battle of the Pelennor Fields.  It also artifacts a lot in the first fight scene between harry and Peter in SM3, and not just around teh edges, but all over the screen.

I have quite a love/hate relationship with the motionflow.  The artifacting bugs the crap out of my eyes, yet things look so boring without it turned on, because it truly makes things look 3D, and when I only set it to low, it still has some artifacting but without the 3D effect.  What are your thoughts on it?
