I beat it in about 33 hours and 101 stars (counting the star you get from defeating Bowser the last time)...

Wow. The entire game was absolutely amazing. Only a few very minor flaws...

I have about 105 stars and 34 hours now, collected a few purple coin stars...I have all of the non purple coin stars except for four, Bonefin Galaxy Star, Kamek Daredevil Run, Dreadnaught Secret Star and Bouldergeist Daredevil Run. I hope to get them soon but they're so difficult.

But yeah, brilliant game. My only complaints are as follows:

I wish you could always control the camera, and not just some times

Underwater segments can be quite frustrating at times

Too difficult at times

That's all, really.

And...let's just say my favorite games list needs some updating, infact I'll do it right now (I find it interesting that I can play half of the games on my list on the Wii).

So was it as "inhumanly hard" as LttP and SMB3?

 About equal. I'm not good at games, I admit it. But Galaxy is only inhumanly hard for about 5-15 late stars, while ALttP becomes impossible around the second dungeon boss for me and SMB3 becomes too hard during the later parts of World 5 and every time after.

Eehrm... You're saying the game is too hard?!

I like the pase and grade of dificulty in the game... It's easy for the first 50-70 stars but with a good pase and not annoyingly easy in a way like... Hey, thats boring easy!

Some of the later stars are hard... Not annoying hard... But 'die 10 times' or something hard (the green stars galaxy for example) or eehrm... Some later levels ...

They make a good challenge for the REAL gamers to get to their beloved 120 stars goal! It's a good challenge which a casual gamer won't overcome and i'm greatfull to Nintendo for providing that challenge and staying loyal to those who kept them in this race in the beginning!

this game is the best ever

Yey... I got 63 too! But i already beat Bowser!... Nice lvl though ... And got 1 of those green galaxy things... The one with Mario in the airbuble with the Electric maze! Quite nice experience!. The 'Super Monkey Ball' lvl is just sick though, although my brother beat it! I die almost immediately ...

I'm at 107 and making my way through the Purple Comet (100 coin) challenges. I wonder what opens up once you complete this....!? (rhetoric question)

SMG is my favorite Mario game! ^_^
