MMO's are no good on consoles. You need a PC so you can use all abilities on the fly with a keyboard.

maybe MS convinced Bioware to allow for voice recognition for spell commands/abilities using Natal....

I know it might sound far fetched, but it would be a great way to help MMOs transition to a console setting w/out needing to use keyboard and mouse, and be a great selling point for Natal when it releases.

I guess it will need to run from the harddrive, I don't think swapping discs would work well with an MMO, and no way in hell this game fits in 6.8 GB of space.

there are other mmos on the 360, so why would it being a mmo exclude the system?

What MMO's? Huxley and Champions Onlines were both canned. I'm not trying to be rude. I just really don't know. Is Sacred an MMO?

final fantasy 11 and that phantasy star thing.

Phantasy Star Universe on the 360 is the only version that's financially worth while for Sega. The PC and PS2 versions are shutting down.

Final Fantasy XI has great legs. It sold another 7K last week.

Bioware is smart to put an MMO on the Xbox 360. When it comes to MMOs on the 360 there isn't much competition, Bioware games sell great on the 360, and people love Star Wars. Its a guaranteed hit.

I can't say that I'm a fan of MMOs. I like to grind and do quests solo. And most modern MMOs pretty much require you to team up with other people in order to survive. And I just don't like doing that. After a long day I play video games to relax. I don't want to have to deal with more people drama during relaxing time.

So basically all I really want is an offline MMO. Loot and gold drops, grinding, fetch quests, kill baddie quests, whatever. I like that stuff. And that kind of game already exists. It's called Diablo and it's wide variety of clones (lol). I just don't want to do these things with other human beings (unless it's with people I know). I don't mind playing multiplayer online rpgs. So as long as soloing is possible.
