Not too big on the whole Zelda Movie idea. You'd have to be a hell of a director to shrink a 10-30 hour long game that has been silent since its first installment into a 3-hour maximum film.

A cartoon series based on the Windwaker/Spirit Tracks Zeldas would be great, though, just as long as it was done by a studio that actually gives a damn (gtfo 4kids).

Or just go with an original plot that doesn't need to be told with finding four to eight MacGuffins. The games have plots made for games. They are filler for the gameplay. Movies are different.

I was gonna go with having a cartoon that took place after the events of one of the games, so they already have a template without being creatively limited by a story previously set in stone.

I actually have something in mind like that. But I might use that for one of my own stories.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

I want to see an animated movie of Mario!

I ordered Captain N from Amazon as I had fond memories of watching it when I was younger, watching it as an Adult, I have to wonder WTF I was thinking..

The same can be said for He-Man as well lol

Unicorns ARE real - They are just fat, grey and called Rhinos

Probably for the best. I'd be okay with the idea if Hollywood didn't take so much liberty with video game plots/characters. Resident Evil anyone?

Movies need complex stories. Nintendo games don't have complex stories (thank god!).

So, that's why they wouldn't work as movies.

A CG Mario movie would be awesome as well.

PIXAR!

I immediately thought about them.

Would be epic

But once again Nintendo is slow on decisions.

i cant say i blame Nintendo i mean they ruined Mario and turned it into the worst video game based movie of all time... next to street fighter 1994 version, as i said ones before if Hollywood wants to do a zelda movie they have to be serious and pick awesome director and writers

That is the first good movie related idea I've heard in a long time.

can't blame nintendo for rejecting hollywood after what they did to dragonball and streetfighter in recent years

yea those guys, umm, Super Mario Bros. The Movie is one of the worst whatever it was ever.

Uwe Boll is the worst what ever he is ever.

I will now have nightmares tonight because of all the horrible memories reborn

John Leguiza-whatever the fudge is his name needs to stick to gay cross/dresser roles, so does wesley snipes,

anything Owe Boll does is the worst of what it's suppose to be

Micheal Pachter is the worst of whatever he's suppose to be

Micheal Pachetr should be punched in the face by a kangaroo wearing a hat

Owe Boll should be punched in the face by a monkey wearing a hat
