Bought a new PSP latley, red GoW edition, so cool, anyways, getting all the PS1 classics that I can.  I noticed that EU has Vagrant Story.  My question is, can a PSN card bought in the States work on EU account I created?

Or even better, is Vagrant Story coming to the US PSN?

you have to have PSN Card from EU and it have to be in the country currency.For example you have to have France account,psn voucher in Euros or UK account , voucher in pounds or Polish account and voucher in PLN
