If we are to go with Valve's history than this is the most likely scenario, unless EA is gonna do another "amazing" port.

Meh, as long as I can play it on my PC I don't care what console it comes out on.
won't be surprised if it did, it even might be only PC for a period of time.
- Wasteland - The Mission.
I'll be playing it on PC myself, for me that's the home of Half Life and where it delivers the best experience.
As for 360/PC I'd say probably.
Although you never know. The port actually wasn't that awful considering EA PS3 knowledge at the time, so I suspect they could deliver a much better port if they wanted to this time around (assuming that Valve ever actually get around to releasing EP3 and allow EA to go ahead with another PS3 port, which I'm not sure from their comments they will).
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
Actually I don't think so.
Episode 3 will probably head to PS3. (HL2,EP1,EP2 but no EP3 ?)
I say a 360/PC exclusive. No doubt that Half-Life 3 will be PC exclusive though.

PS3 had Portal but no Portal 2.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Well that is of course correct.
However that wasn't the main reason why I think it will come to the PS3. More like Half-Life is Valve's biggest franchise and EA will probably try everything to get it on the PS3....
Although a L4D game on the PS3 might even have more sales potential than an expansion....
On the other hand EP3 is in developement for a long time and I would be a bit disappointed if the game is shorter than... let's say 8 hours. And that is more than the usual FPS....

EA has absolutley no say in what Valve does.
