Okay guys!

Rattled my head a little on this, because I haven't been able to find an old website that did match making well.

I've decided to implement the old school method.

I'm going to try this out with four teams, now each team can have up to 6 members, 2 members will be floaters. Floaters are for hire team mates who can not float on more than 2 teams at a time.

This means that a floater can't be an 3 or 4 teams floating.

I'll also need 3 volunteers if 4 people want to then that's fine too.

There will be rules and requirements that have to be met though; by the the volunteers.

These volunteers will be team Captains and need to manage their teams, I will be providing the tools to help with this though.

I'll post the team Captains after there are captains, I'll then put their information in the OP.

Once that is done then recruitment for the teams will begin.

I've had two weeks to really get a feel around this idea so it should be idiot-proof.

This is Only for US sorry guys, we need more PAL people. =/ On the plus side there are exactly 4 pal guys that I know of.

Farming the festival of fear event quest is a great way to get Jhen weapons and armor before you actually unlock the Jhen quest. I will be doing that most of the night if anyone would like to join.

That sounds way too involved and complicated, not to mention that it would require folks to show up on a regular basis.  Why not instead agree to meet at certain time(s), with people between ranks A-B meeting in City X, ranks C-D in City Y, and so on?

how long will it take to get all the weapons and armors?

Seems to only work if everyone in the team could guarantee they would be on. Why not try something similar to the neogaf system since that works really well. have a designated  gate where  chartzers can meet up. Also post in this thread whenever you go online along with your name and ID  so that people can join you

Hmm, okay, I'm just trying to remember how it was done in D2, the guild I was in back then used a similar method.

The teams are intended to be based around the teams best times to play the game.

In other words. Guys who would normally be on, on mondays at the same time would be on the same team.

Not going to push this though, if you have a better solution then go ahead.

Oh and a mess of stuff wasn't explained in the last post, mainly because I need to see if any 3 people would step up, then I could explain how it would work.

Like having a VGC gate and so on, that's pretty much how it was done on D2.

I still wish you could do all the of boss fights offline as you can do online just not the higher verson of the same mobs. Just hope in the 6 month time they come out with a few dlc that adds in more side expasion of gear and wepons also boss that are about the same str as there is now but "smarter" like a bug boss imagen fighting a super size fly guy or a gient spider!
