Gah. I HATE emo, whiny little bitches in games. And that's what most of the OP pictures consist of.

Plus, their outfits are friggin' silly. Give me Master Chief any day of the week. He's seven feet tall, weighs like 600 lbs., and is genetically engineered to KICK ASS. It doesn't get any better than that. He's not much of a conversationalist but I won't hold that against him. No one is perfect.

Truth be told, the most interesting characters lie somewhere in the middle of the spectrum. The whiny, emo-riddled boys in the typical JRPG are only the yin to Master Chief/Marcus Fenix's yang (word pun competely intended). They're ALL horribly one dimensional, cliched characters.

Jackie from The Darkness is better than all of them combined and he's not even a great character, just a decent one.

but seriously I dont have a issue with you like " pretty boys" hell I like prpretty boys characters too, I kinda have seeming the only thing i play Japanese game.... its more of your reaction them which makes ya look gay...... For Xxample: " Sephiroth brings your milkshakeshake" or " your favorite food is " Vashyron Blueballs"

I disagree with some of those characters as pretty boys. In some cases they seem to be issues with Japanese modelers doing European or American facial design. The Japanese bone structure is difference, but when they do other bone structures it comes off weird because they are using a Japanese base. For sake Barret from Advent Children look freakish, as Cid was just wierd.

Anyways as for the pretty boys vs bald marines. I'm tired of both. How about a real person for once?

By the way awesome last picture. Top notch for doing it :)



Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
