The guy in the headlock is sad if he can't get out.
What I find sad is that it looks like the video on the background is not real time, the picture is mirrored... he is hitting with the arm that he is supposed to be using in the headlock (Video - right hand punching, User - left hand punching)

Maybe Warioware Smooth Moves, but you really have no choice as a groovy human being but to dance in one of those minigames.
