Starting tonight at midnight (PST) Amazon's Gold Box deals will be PS3 related only.

Just go to Amazon.com and click 'Gold Box' link near top.

I received this via an email from Amazon since I have recently purchased stuff related to PS3. It is not mentioned on their site anywhere else and I would only expect others, like me, who have purchased PS3 related stuff to immediately know about this. This is why I posted here so the many other PS3 owners would know if they wanted to keep an eye on the potential deals.

Usually they are very good. Check what's on there now so you can see an example.

ok, for those that don't know...

Gold Box is a something that Amazon does everyday. It may contain anything they sell and most of the time is not games related. However, whatever is being sold is always a good deal for what it is. As an example if you look now you'll see a knife for over 60% off its regular Amazon price.

So, beginning today at midnight (PST) and all throughout the rest of Monday there will be ONE item that is available all day at some big discount and then every few hours some other item will become available until its sold out our the few hours its up expires. However, in the past when they have done video game related gold box days, they sell out quickly because its a really good deal.

Example would be a normally $50 game they are selling for $20~$25.

Gold Box rules, last week i got the Firefly Blu-Ray for $26, they usually want $56. Too bad they don't ship games internationally

I love the gold deals, too bad I never actually want anything they have. Hopefully they have a red DS3 on the gold box, I'd been meaning to buy one for awhile.

Yeah, I'm hoping for any color of DS3 for a good price as well as some sweet game deals.

If the GOD OF WAR COLLECTION IS 50% off, I will go nuts
