I'm going to go with Planescape: Torment. The game's depth was just ridiculous. It was actually a little overbearing at times.

Mass Effect 2. Even though I don't think it is a WRPG. But it's better than any WRPG by MILLLLES.
I was disappointed by most of them... but it would be the elder scrolls 4: Oblivion
