Forums - Gaming Discussion - what is your favorite western rpg of all time ?

I'm going to go with Planescape: Torment. The game's depth was just ridiculous. It was actually a little overbearing at times.

Fallout 3 for sure.

Then Oblivion.

Diablo II. And I hope Diablo III expands on the gameplay and character customization of its predecessor.

Six upcoming games you should look into:

Far Cry 2 is not a roleplaying game.

Yes it is.

It's a first-person shooter made by Crytek. It contains no RPG elements whatsoever.

Favorite: Mass Effect 2, by far.

Best Ending: Fable 2, by far.

That's surprising. I thought most people hated the Fable II ending. I didn't mind it at all, so I'm gonna have to read that thread.

OT: KOTOR

Fallout 3
Mass Effect 1 & 2

Mass Effect 2. Even though I don't think it is a WRPG. But it's better than any WRPG by MILLLLES.

I was disappointed by most of them... but it would be the elder scrolls 4: Oblivion

1. Baldur's Gate
2. Gothic
3. The Witcher

It's KoToR, and if you don't think so, you're a dum-dum face.

Next is KoToR 2, then Diablo 2, then Mass Effect and then Oblivion.

Man, WRPG's have been great over the last 8 years.
