We think that the 360 will get a price cut around e3, what about the PS3?

Sony either just now started breaking even or made a profit on the PS3. If xbox does get a price cut sony might be forced to do so.

Quite unlikely, and on the off chance that it does happen it'll probably only be a $25 cut. A $50 cut would probably throw out profitability for the next year and a half. Although I will admit that the recent hardware revision to cut it's weight 200 grams might be evidence towards the possibility of it.
