Probably not more powerful but can run games better since that's all there dedicated too. (non modern gaming rigs)

And percentages do not work that way, 5% of pcs over 85% of a PC's range might be as much as double the power, its just a useless statistic.

But how much more powerful is my gaming PC? I have an HD 5870 packing over 1GB of GDDR5!
