You know the games were you start as weak and have little abilites, then each time you gain an ability you can discover the place a bit more.

well , if you do , then go download the PSOne Classic  Legacy of Kain : Soul Reaver  on PSN. seriously this game is so underrated its not good for humanity (and the current crappy gaming industry) , its really a classic, the voice acting in Legacy Of Kain games is one THE BEST in any game ever made, the level design is great and clever , its mind bending, the gameplay is like i said  like those games (in 3-D of course) , the Characters are amazingly done , Kain and Raziel are badass, The Storyline is very deep ,it will make you want to play the whole series (there is Legacy Of Kain : Blood Omen on PSN also but that game is an RPG dungeon Crawler), the Soundtrack is amazing, it fits the atmosphere storyline and everything and its made by the Legendary Kurt Harland! (lead singer of Information Society)

just letting you guys know, this game needs to be known , and lots of fans like myself desperatly need a sequel.

there are also HUGE cult following for this game , and the developers know this and said that if the fans needs a sequel they need 100,000 votes on this

anyways now that Eidos became part of Square Enix i am hopeful , but this isn't what i made this thread for , i just wanted to let you guys (who own a PSP or PS3) to go download this gem ! and i gurantee that you will enjoy it (of course whoever already played it kodus to you!).

do you have a PSP ? , or PS1 or PS2 ? (You can get the disks too ) plus on PS2 there are other Legacy of Kain Games like Soul Reaver  2, and Defiance... and there is also Blood Omen 2 which has nothing to do with the series =s

I remember playing the demo of that game again and again when it came out. Great hack and slash, and really good graphics for it's time.

Did you know Amy Henning was the director of that game? She's the creative director for the Uncharted franchise at the moment.

i had the demo too, are you talking about Soul Reaver 1 ? , its not really a hack and slash ,there is a loooooooooooot of puzzles.

btw shes also the writer, and shes the BEST writer in any game why? because the game's storyline and script is so professional that it can be made into a novel listen to this!
