No I don't think so. PS3 will (most likely) be able to do it worldwide, but the Americas are going to be tough. Unless Move makes the PS3 get Wii level sales I say no, and also if Natal completely bombs.

No chance for that... hell I wouldent bet that it will manage to do in WW numbers, just because the 360s massive lead in the US. The PS3 will remain the only viable HD platform in Japan, it will probably manage to capture Others this year with an ease, but the US... well there the lead is just way to massive...

If we define the end of the gen as when the first next gen system is released, then no.

The PS3 could get close to the 360 towards the end of the gen and if Sony manages to keep the PS3 on the market for a little while into the next gen, it might just eke out enough sales to pass the 360.

I'm inclined to say no since the 360 has such a large lead in the Americas. Stranger things have happened, though.
