This is insane. Nintendo recently stated that they further increased production, and I can't help but wonder if they've converted some of their production from Japanese locked units to US locked units.

That's pretty damn impressive. The Wii is actually outselling the PS3 and 360 combined again, and looks like it'll do so even after the Japanese data arrives, but it probably won't last for more than a week.

Super Mario Galaxy sales in the US must be insane for the hardware to go up this much. I mean the Wii is selling almost twice as much as the 360 did on Halo 3's release week. o_O

This is smart, they diverted the wii stock to the U.S since currently Japan sales are on the low side for now.

Ps3 sales increased alot as well. 360 sales dropped.

That is pretty crazy. I wonder how much higher it will get as we approach the christmas season. I really think it's entirely Dependant on how many wii's they can put out. As many as they produce, that's how many they will sell.

They increased production?? I thought it was 1.8 million a month since June/July
