After reading mrstickball's "360 haters" topic, I felt compelled to make a point. This is what I posted in response;

You know what? This isn't new. There will be bias no matter what you do or how much you point it out. Complaining about it only exacerbates the problem because you point it out to other people who in turn bitch about fanboyism every chance they get.
If the 360 was the generation leader and slowly pulling away, there'd be much more love, but as it is now, that's not the case. Red Ring? That's where a lot of the hate comes from. People get pissed that they're new $350 console is now a paper weight. I know!!! Surprising right?!
It's gonna happen, regardless of how much you point it out, regardless of how much you complain. You're not gonna make anyone go soul-searching for their inner PS360 fan.
I understand where your frustration comes from mrstickball, but you making a thread about this won't help the situation. If you feel this way, go out and recruit some 360 fans to join the site. Preaching to the choir typically doesn't solve anything. "
This isn't about, "Oh, this site is so biased, we need to ban people!" or "We need more 360 mods!" No! this is about people and popular opinion.
How are people supposed to think for themselves if half the negatives of a console are being ignored? All the consoles are bashed. There are pros and cons for all of them, the people here just point them out. Yes a lot of it does get redundant and repetitive (like this last sentence), but it's more unfair to stifle people from presenting their opinions.
To those of you who say "Well, that's not the point"; It is the point. People can't stay on topic, we know that, but there's more complaining about bias than there is about being able to contribute something to a topic.
As long as there are different consoles, there will be hate and criticisms. Man up, mods/members. Deal with it in the best way you can. Reply back! Post something containing all the pros of your system instead! At least you'll know you'll be doing your part to "even it out" a little bit.
