mike_intellivision said: These are the last few paragraphs of Matt Casamasina's GDC blog. http://wii.ign.com/articles/107/1077008p1.html It's anecdotal and unproven and I know from experience that it's never so black and white. The fact of the matter is, the Wii remote shipped with so many problems that Nintendo was forced to release an upgrade device that even needs constant recalibration. And Wii MotionPlus? Word on the street is that the heat from your hands de-calibrates the sensor. It's still not perfect by any means, but it's workable, and I think that by the time Natal ships, it will be workable too, even if developers have to kill themselves getting it there. Lest we not forget that there are some amazing games for Wii and whether by ingenuity or simple trickery, the motion controls sometimes feel fantastic. __________________________________ Nothing like imposing the realities of 2010 on something that was released in 2006 (the critique of the Wii Remote). The great irony is that in the bashy, he is being "complementary" to Nintendo. It also shows the pre-occupation with graphics on the part of game "journalists." Mike from Morgantown

Is Matt retarded? Wii, a console with shortages, got only BARELY outsold by a console with NO shortages, 360.
His second paragraph I actually agreed with, but of course he had to ruin it with sutpid comments like the bold.
What is he and the Wii critics going to say when the Wii makes them look like fools yet again and outsells all competition next month? I look forward to the excuse.
