Okay so now that GDC has come, i have a new found interest in the Sony Move

Before i figured it was a Wii ripoff but now with all of that third party support? Sony is really making this a big deal and now i am starting to get caught up in the hype.

SO do you all believe the hype ? Or is this going to turn into eyepet II and suck

Thoughts?

What did you se thats making you believe in this product? I'm curious...

From what I saw...I'd prolly buy it if I had a PS3 but I don't see anyone buying a PS3 cause of the Move.

That may change when some more games are revealed...

I may pick it up for my PS3, but having a Wii as well I really don't feel the need to put the money down for this. Outside of the quirk with LBP there was nothing that interested me in anything they showed so far of the Move.

The third party support list looked as good as the Wii's third party support list as well. I see absolutely no need to buy this product currently.

On another note. It's interesting to see Sony going from this:

"Wii and motion controls are a fad and useless"

To

"Buy our amazing montion controller!"

Honestly, I don't think anyone should buy their Move so that it fails miserably and they learn their lesson for next generation and keep their mouths shut.

When did Sony ever say that motion controls are useless? Sony were the ones that created motion controls for the mass market.

yeah...we shall see. Thats going to be one crazy ass expensive experience thought.
