lol it's funny how all non PS3 owners come to SONY threads to talk crap about Move....could have sworn that there was a thread about something similar in xbox section :P

anyways don't be so sad Wii fans , Nintendo will announce a HD console and everyone can go on about how they imitated PS and Xbox......

I mean seriously! The method and tech used is different! stop talking like Ninteno invented motion sensing or something....Wii has good games...so does Sony and so does Xbox...really don't understand what this butt hurt attitude is....every thread I went so far had post after post about this topic :S focus on what's important....the games....

Actualy, what's really funny is a lot of "core" gamers going mad for casual games that were once called a lot of times shovelware.

Show me who's going mad?

Ps3 fans haven't have time to go mad since every freaking thread is invated by Wii fans to complain about how Sony STOLE THEIR PRECIOUS. I don't really care for these games, they are made for the casual market which probably won't even care.

" The Wii remote sucks up AA battery juice. The Move and its companion sub-controller are rechargeable via the same mini-USB connection used to charge the PS3's main controller. "

Thank you Sony, you've saved me money yet again. If the battery last longer than the Wii-mote as well then I'm sold.

Oh and for all the bickering Nintedots and Sons of Sony out there take note of this;

SNES-2 top buttons
PS1-4 top buttons
N64- Analog, Rumble Paks
PS1-Dual Analog, Built in dual vibration
GC- Dual Analog (if you count C stick), Built in vibration
Xbox- Dual Analog, Built in Vibration

Nintendo makes it , Sony improves it, Microsoft makes it standard.

I need to try out the Playstation Move nowwww

Posted this in another thread but thought it would be appropriate here also:

Big surprise..... maybe if the 3D gaming catches on Sony can point there finger at Nintendo and Microsoft when they decide to follow.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Sony use motion controls on the PS2 with almost the same technology they want to use now?

They are right that the Move and the other controller do look a lot like the Wii controllers but you could say that the Dualshock, xbox controller, and Gamecube controllers look too much alike.

Snes controller - 4 top buttons

Also, MS didn't do anything. They mimicked, like Sony mimicked, and they have not changed anything since the N64 introduced the new standards.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.
