Indeed. The gaming market has changed so dramatically in a year, it's almost hard to believe what things were like just a short while ago. Remember how basically every major gaming website and analyst was confidently predicting a crushing victory for PS3, and a lame-duck status for Wii? Over the last year, the terms of the debate have shifted dramatically. Now it seems as though the biggest remaining question is whether the PS3 will ever be able to catch up to the 360's sales numbers.
If you had told any (non-Nintendo fanboy) last year that the Wii would outsell the PS2 in its first year, they would have laughed at you.
