I think this is a brilliant idea. Release game and don't include ending. Instead make it dlc later to get more profit. Discuss... :)

They didn't cut the ending.. the story is as planned.. they planned a epilogue wich they didn't get to sadly.. thats it..

That sounds more like some cut sence was removed. Mabye it was not allowable by ESRB, and Sony will release it with no rating on PSN only. That would be a great use of PSN in my opinion. Push the limits of gaming, because they own the platform, and the delivary system.

I'd love to have an epilogue as DLC (although I wouldn't want to may much for it, if anything at all), but I don't don't think it's much of a problem that it's not included in the game.
