I still have to start the single player campaign in this game, let alone the multiplayer. Doesn't sound very promising if it's more of the 'sniping and camping' of MW2

Don't worry too much about it. Unlike MW2, you require teamwork to win here, and while some aren't very good at that, there are a lot of people who know how to play well too.

Its always been this way in public BF games.

I agree that the Snipers in BC2 can go to hell.

I haven't had too many problems with team mates or glitches as a whole.

....i just find it ironic your telling snipers to go to hell....with your name being snyper....

My name is an inside joke making fun of snipers actually.

i never found campers anything to worry about, you just knife them while they're doing.

Aren't the maps supposed to be really big? I don't see how you could have a problem with sniping if the sniper is 3 miles away.

That's why my only console FPS is MAG, this can't happend with 256 ppl around, you can't just camp somewhere and cash in more and more kills, you have to move, think, adapt and work in a team.

think again ;) I'm a sniper and constantly get 600 - 1000 points per match.

Edit: Actually you're right. I only snipe for half the map. I switch my role to better fit whats needed.

CURRENTLY PLAYING:  Warframe, Witcher 2

I really hate when people complain about snipers and campers. Jesus christ. Its a game. If that is how they do best. Then let them do that. You have to evolve to be able to counteract their sniping and camping. Stop complaining and figure out a way to kill them. Every day in recent memory there is always someone complaining about this. It has always been going on. Modern warfare in general is about hiding and sneaking so you don't get killed. Go play Halo.

Dude, we're not complaining about snipers on the opposing team, as much as we're complaining about snipers on our own teams. See, some people think that you can win a match by sitting back and sniping, when you need to get in the action if you want to win. It's fine that some people snipe, some do a good job of it too, but there are way too many who try to sit back and win by camping, which is going to lose you the match.

Nah...I hate snipers/campers on the other team. They just lurk around within a 10 ft radius, sit back, and get a billion kills. You know how annoying it is in MW2 when like 4 predator missiles, the 4 harriers come out back to back?

Sure BC2 doesn't have that kind of system, but when you're trying to play the game, and you can't move an inch without getting picked off by some dude that's on the other side of the map....it gets annoying. Sharky says it's as simple as counteracting their sniping. Well....most of the time they are always by 1 or 2 more people, so when you finally find the sniper, you just get killed.

There's no way to "have fun above all else" when you can barely play. That's why I never played Bloc in CoD4.

hmm lol well thats an fps for you. just keep playing it may get bettter....................

I hope so, i wish all these "1337" sniping assholes would go back to MW2.

/Sigh

you defently need to take advantage of the group system build into the 360... I almost got this because I really miss playing modern combat

no but if you're within a mile it shouldn't be a problem

Actually, only the developers and the publishers can kill a game. Never the community. If you think the community is killing it, it's because the developers made it so that the community would kill it.

It's never the gamers fault. It might be hard for some people here to figure that out, but it's true.
