Last year's game of the year turned out to be Silent Hill : Shattered Memories (online GOTY was COD 6).  This year's GOTY leader to me is Heavy Rain.

Yeah but I'm pretty sure you don't get MS points for buying a 360, unless its a special deal.

Glad for all those people who had an old account...but Jaggedsac...I think it's for those who had an original xbox account active.

I never had a Live account with the first Xbox. I got the 3 month extension and 400 points though. I played Halo 2 and a few other Xbox1 games on Live not too long ago, so maybe they are giving it to people that used Live for Xbox1 games recently?

I got my current Live account sometime in late 07'.
