GT5 has a slick UI although the transition of menus take forever to load. Call Of Duty's are quite good too.

Hate Valve's UIs, always things placed where they shouldn't be.

Half-Life 2 has an amazing UI.

Any none Valve game has a terrible UI, especially Call of Duty.
